This targets such market sectors requiring control on who is purchasing as: liquor and tobacco, guns and armament, Duty Free purchase (where the airport services both duty and duty free customers – boarding pass identifying the customer type). Since in the same Retail Environment different types of Identifications may be used, this application allows the user to configure different fields for different Identifications. ID-based restrictions can be defined either by department, category or by item. The restrictions can be by age and or by: - Purchase quantity allowed - Purchase Amount allowed - Purchase quantity allowed - without paying tax When you press the key to “Tender” the “RR ID Manager” looks to see if any of the items have ID base restriction. You can then select the ID and fill form for that particular ID.
